Wealth Propulsion Weekend

I have finally returned home after an amazing week “jet-setting” round the UK . In the last seven days I have partied, networked, driven hundreds of miles, bought a four bed house and 2 bed flat, expanded my mind, had great food, hugged, smiled, danced, and chatted to amazing property investors and entrepreneurs …

Wednesday I was in London for Cyril Thomas’ brilliant Property Xmas Party – a great way to see in the start of the festive season …. property gurus, mince pies and dancing :)
Early Thursday morning I set off for a “buying” trip in Liverpool, we saw 14 properties and are placing 6 offers, we completed on a four bed house and a 2 bed flat.
Then Friday afternoon it was a quick drive back to London to get to the first ever Chris Howard’s Wealth Propulsion Weekend. A full 2.5 days of expanding my mind, thinking, goals and networking – plus of course lots of dancing, laughing, smiling and hugs :)
At 8pm Sunday I left Fulham and headed south of the river to Wandsworth were I had a great networking with dinner with some brilliant property entrepreneurs from the MAPs group, after a very, very late night of chatting and getting to know one another better we spent Monday listening to two great speakers covering entrepreneurial activity and marketing. I was then honoured to be invited to speak and to share my story with the group, how in the last three months I have created a business that has generated £29,000 of income – and yet I have only done one think different …. take action and let (initially just 6) people know that I can help build you a cash flowing property portfolio with 12-15% ROI !!! I have also bought 7 properties this month for myself and clients.

I can’t wait for 2010, 2009 has been the most amazing year, when I think that this time last year is was lonely, struggling on my own, properties falling through, ….. and now I have brilliant connections with millionaire property investors (in fact I am now one myself :) ) …. watch this space :)

I wish you every success in 2010 …. in fact I wish you take action in 2010 and success will definitely be there waiting for you to seize the moment. :)
