There’s that string again !!

I spoke some months ago about my frustration, when I realised the opportunities in the property market. How I was like a hurricane – poor friends, family and complete strangers ! I must say I have started to feel that way again – why you might ask? What has changed?

I have identified a new business opportunity, this time as a distributor for Utilities Warehouse. Who I hear you ask? They are a British Company that offers members cheaper utility bills, telephone rental and broadband. If you take all four services from them you can even get your phone calls for free at anytime day, night or weekend! If you take advantage of the club cash back card you can also get 5% cash back of your petrol and shopping at Sainsburys among other stores. We worked out that by changing our shopping habits to focus on shopping at Sainsburys instead of going to wherever we were passing – we could save nearly £50 a month in cashback which comes off our gas and electric bill ! that’s like having our gas and electric for free !

How can you not see the benefit in that ? I know some people are in contracts, some people don’t like change, but surely we all like to have more money to spend?
