It was only a couple of weeks ago that I was bemoaning about a property in North London, and how a spanner in the works had spoilt my plans. Well all I can say now is that it pays to say thank you. I am devastated, the kids programme “Joan of Arcadia” has finished on TV, what am I going to watch for inspiration? :) I doubt many of you will have watched this programme. I only discovered it on the advice of my daughter – very astute of her.
