A loud Economics rant – cover your eyes :)

Well I am no economist but I believe that the availability of credit (or lack of it) is what is causing the issue in the UK right now and I can only assume globally.

Scuba diving is like Property Investment

Scuba diving is like investing in property, especially if you are on a dive cruise, you will need exceptional communications, manage your resources (kit, time and energy) and the ability to adapt to change. This is one of a number blogs on one of my favourite subjects, scuba diving. I just discovered…

I just discovered the ‘perfect !?!?!?!’ time to catch up on some blogging. Its 02.39am and I have just woken to the sound of birds song (a blackbird I believe) in the hot spare room of a friend’s house. I am staying with friends while viewing some new properties.
