Am I prejudice?

Posted by:

Have you ever done business with someone and for whatever reason it has not worked out and then seen them advertising their services again and feel cross?

I have just seen the man that was promoting “new build off plans flats in Estonia”, followed by new build property in Cyprus – now promoting deals in the Bahamas!

Opportunities missed?

Posted by:

If anything, I struggle with opportunity overload and have to work hard at remaining focused, but a phone call on Tuesday was definitely an opportunity to be grabbed with both hands.

How taking a holiday can help
I have asked this question before – are you struggling for ideas or dazzled by the opportunities that seem to be presenting themselves on every corner? I believe it is a really important question. I realised that one of my longer term hopes had been to write a book.

It’s three weeks since my last blog…

Posted by:

I must confess :)  I can’t believe how time has flown, it’s March, people, March! That means almost a third of the year has gone already! I was speaking with my mentor, Alan, the other day about feeling the “pressure” of so many opportunities and not having time enough to really pay attention to everything. I think on an unconscious level that set me thinking and as usual my unconscious provided the answer…….pick what you want to achieve and acknowledge ...

Simon talks sense

Posted by:

Hardly surprising really – bring together the Berkshire Property Meet with Simon Zutshi Zutshiand it is bound to be a good night. Simon really spoke a lot of sense. We often hear great speakers giving valuable content about how to do certain aspects of property investing from financing to speaking to estate agents or finding deals.
