I have had just the funniest series of email chats with Georgina Lester about being busy. We have been “trying” to meet up to talk about social media. I have been out speaking at property events and busy writing my new book and Georgina has been busy developing her new social media business. I think because we sometimes shovel more than one Smartie in at a time lots of people don’t know that orange Smarties are filled with orange flavoured chocolate. When I was younger I used to eat them one at a time to make them last, taking each sweet and sucking off the coating then prying the case open with my tongue while being careful not to break it (who am I kidding – I still do it). That’s how I discovered the orange ones tasted of orange.

Well I am no economist but I believe that the availability of credit (or lack of it) is what is causing the issue in the UK right now and I can only assume globally.
