Hardly surprising really – bring together the Berkshire Property Meet with Simon Zutshi Zutshiand it is bound to be a good night. Simon really spoke a lot of sense. We often hear great speakers giving valuable content about how to do certain aspects of property investing from financing to speaking to estate agents or finding deals. Simon in a sense took us right back to basics and reminded us of the importance of building a business. (Certainly something I agree with)

If you haven’t been out to Maidenhead on the third Monday of the month – then you have certainly being missing a great event. Almost more importantly the opportunity to network with over 200 peoople, some experts, some novices, some with money, some with skills. I wish Juswant (who runs the events along with Sylvia his wife) would count just how many business opportunities and joint ventures are created each evening.

These opportunities come about because professional investors and landlords make time to attend these events, they come armed with business cards and a determination to talk to people.
