Can you believe it – almost 7 and half months a go, I had the idea to create a small ebook on property investing. Something to share the tips and predictions of a few fellow property investors. Something to help me practise outsourcing …… little could I have known …… actually thats a lie – I should have guessed that it would become something phenomenal.

I would just like to pay early thanks to all the wonderful people that have helped, supported and contributed to the creation of my first published book. A goal I put to one side back in 2007 :)

Now over 60,000 words, 14 major strategies and 30 professional investors come together to share with you “Using other People’s Money: How to Invest In Property” – the most eagerly awaited property investment and property strategey publication of 2010 (well it is defintely most eagerly awaited by me :) haahaaa)

This book is my story, how I have been able to buy 1-2 properties per month on average through out 2009 and 2010, when all those around said it was impossible. And while enjoying life to the max … a month in South Africa, scuba diving in the Red Sea, property drive to Monaco and Murder mystery – not fogetting getting frozen while meeting the grey Seals off Lundy Island. Like lots of you, I did not start with a massive portfolio of off-plan, Mortgage Express back to back deals. I started with my family all contributing to a pot of cash that got us going.

This book will help you identify countless sources of untapped cash just begging for you to invest. Understand how important having the right mindset is to your success and who in my opinion are the “go to” people in our industry.

I will keep this blog brief as we are just off to look at a new investment deal – a 6 bed house that will convert into 5 1-2 bed flats. In prime student and professional letting territory – each flat will be multi-let producing over £15,000 per annum net profit with no cash left in the deal. Anyone got spare cash they want to invest for 12 months?  :)
