I am in a similar position as yourself with an equal amount of success in the last 24mths.
I would like your help on taking myself to the next level. I would like to help other Investors build mini or large portfolos whilst at the same time building an even bigger portfolio for myself through Joint Venturing.
I need help in someone giving me all the options and senarios to structure the JV ?
What are your thoughts on moving forward with this idea ? and how would I prepare a business Plan with the different options of JV arrangements to take to Investors, with the same vision, that have money, but no time.
