Starting with an initial phone call or email exchange, I set you home-work and get you thinking and prepared before we met usually face to face (although Skype makes meetings easier for some clients). After approximately 2.5 hours you have your plan and a list of initial tasks to get you going. I am then on hand over the next month to clarify and support.
