Exeter PEN - 3rd Tuesday

PEN Exeter is hosted by the co-founders of PEN – David + Shirley Harwood, Paula Cayless and Lesley Holman, who are all property investors.  David and Shirley are HMO experts having a large portfolio of HMOs and BTLs with several businesses and who both teach and mentor budding investors.  Paula is a mortgage broker and has her own business specialising in BTL and has her own small portfolio.  Lesley has been an investor since 2009 and currently works in the NHS she owns a small portfolio of mainly BTLs.

PEN Exeter started in September 2010 and has been growing steadily since that time, we regularly have 40 – 50 members come along every month.  This is a network event held monthly for property investors and entrepreneurs. Your chance to meet like minded people, learn from the experts, share experiences and become motivated and inspired by guest speakers and each other every month.  Expert advice and information on: mortgages, legal advice and latest regulations, HMOs, lease options, buy to lets, sourcing, development and planning, business ideas, joint ventures, letting , alternative income generation, distressed properties, auctions, internet marketing, social media and so much more.
