Sylvia and Juswant Rai, hosts of the Berkshire Property Meet just keep the good times rolling in. At the meeting tonight Phil Martin gave a heart warming and moving speech about his journey from a tough childhood to his current successes and owners of a property empire :)

The key message that I heard in Phil’s talk was that today is the day to start looking forward, to let go of any of those old reasons that ‘…you didn’t have [insert excuse]…’, ‘…you couldn’t [insert job not achieved]…’ and to definitely move forward.

  • Is there something holding you back from achieving your goals?
  • Have you written your goals down?
  • Are you taking and monitoring your actions towards your goals?
  • Do you even understand why you want these goals?

Draw a line in the line and move forward with a clear purpose.
