A Polo neck jumper in May – are you mad?

Well I may be – but that is another topic all together

I can’t believe how cold it has been – randomn coldness – most strange – bound to be global warming or global cooling, next we’ll have snow in July !

Anyway I was so cold the other day I really wanted to put the heating on. I just managed to resist. Twice a year I have some strange ritual where I swap all my winter clothes out of my draws and cupboards and replace them with summer ones and then vice versa! Well this year because the weather has been odd – I haven’t quite packed away all my polo neck jumpers so I decided to put one on!

What a difference instead of feeling cold all day or stuffy because I had the heating on, I was just right. Breaking with convention doing what feels right even when logic tells you, you are mad – made perfect sense. I often find myself breaking with convention – I remember when the children were little and I had to cook a meal for them and a different meal for me – I would often eat the same dinner 2, 3 even 4 nights in a row if I was really enjoying – why not. I would sometimes choose to eat a meal considered more suitable for dinner time at breakfast if I felt like it – and why not.

So why not wear a polo neck in late spring if I am cold, why not try something new – something unconventional, in my business maybe, something out side my comfort zone? ….. Why not seize a new business opportunity?
