After last week’s article on gratitude and saying thank you – it seems ironic that this week I might be seen to be complaining. I have to say I thought it was just me – only my valuations being down valued. I even explained to my estate agent that it didn’t matter what value she said … I would always have to knock £5-10,000 off the price to match the surveyor. It was only a couple of weeks ago that I was bemoaning about a property in North London, and how a spanner in the works had spoilt my plans. Well all I can say now is that it pays to say thank you. I have been doing that a lot lately – acknowledging good service when I get it.
